No, unless the corresponding expenses are paid through other funding sources. Remunerations of FCT grant recipients in the framework of FCT funding for research projects are not eligible, nor are remunerations of researchers covered by the Estatuto da Carreira de Investigação Científica or university lecturers covered by the Estatuto da Carreira Docente Universitária.
