MIT Portugal 2023 Annual Conference

MIT Portugal's annual conference will be held on 22 September at the Altice Forum Braga, under the motto "Research that impacts society". The event will focus on the results of the 7 collaborative research Flagship Projects of the MIT Portugal Programme and their contribution to the scientific progress of the Portuguese Research & Development system in the strategic areas of the programme: Oceans-Space, Climate Change, Sustainable Cities, and Digital Transformation in Manufacturing.

The conference will allow you to get to know the community of the MIT Portugal Programme and hear from Portuguese and MIT representatives on how to tackle humanity's complex challenges and develop innovative technological projects with the potential to respond to global issues such as climate change.

"The MIT Portugal Programme is an international partnership with FCT funding, which aims to develop collaborative research between MIT and Portuguese universities, research institutes, laboratories and companies, boosting high-impact innovative ideas and research projects with the potential to address complex challenges with global and social impact."

The event is free, but registration is required.
