PUB IN Meeting: journals and scientific communication for open science

The PUB IN Meeting: Journals and Scientific Communication for Open Science will take place on June 19 in Lisbon.

The program includes technical workshops, flash talk sessions for demonstrations and presentations of experiences and best practices, and a panel discussion on emerging topics.

This 1st PUB IN Meeting aims to bring together the national publishing community with the goal of developing technical skills, capitalizing on knowledge and practices, and promoting the sharing of best practices.

PUB IN is funded by the Foundation for Science and Technology and developed by this organization and the University of Minho (UM). This initiative provides infrastructure (SARC and Scielo) for the publication of open access scientific journals. It also aims to promote best practices in scientific publishing among national scientific journals and their editorial teams.
