The Foundation for Science and Technology and the Ministry of Science and Technology of China (MOST) carry out scientific and technological cooperation activities under the scientific and technological cooperation agreement established between the Portuguese Republic and the People's Republic of China, signed in 1993.
This agreement supports the exchange of researchers between the two countries with a view to promoting cooperation between them.
