ERA-NET Heritage Plus

ERA-NET Heritage Plus is designed to generate new research-based knowledge for the promotion of sustainable use and management of cultural heritage, thereby meeting societal challenges and contributing to societal development. It aims to fund excellence in collaborative, transnational, interdisciplinary, and innovative R&D projects, focusing primarily on research into tangible cultural heritage, although not excluding the interconnected aspects of intangible and digital heritage.

Heritage Plus is co-funded by several agencies from 15 participating countries and by the European Commission. Heritage Plus is part of the Joint Programming Initiative "Cultural Heritage and Global Change."
