Launch of Call 1st Call the European Partnership on Animal Health and Welfare for the funding of transnational projects

FCT participates in the European Partnership on Animal Health and Welfare, a European partnership co-financed under the Horizon Europe Framework Program, which launched its first Call funding for transnational Research and Innovation projects on May 8, 2024.

This Call fund transnational research and innovation projects under the theme "Supporting the Future of Animal Health and Welfare," focusing on livestock, aquatic animals, bee health, or, additionally, wildlife. Applications must address one of the following research topics: (1) New technologies for the prevention, detection, assessment, and management of animal health and welfare; (2) Fundamental Research for Animal Health and Welfare; (3) Animal and Societal Health and Welfare.

Pre-proposals may be submitted until 2:00 p.m. (Lisbon time) on July 8, 2024.

As part of this Call, a webinar was organized by Call international secretariat Call information to potential candidates. A recording of the webinar will be made available on the application submission page.
