The president of the Foundation for Science and Technology (FCT), Helena Pereira, recorded a message addressed to the scientific community on the occasion of the opening of the program of celebrations of the 25th anniversary of the FCT, which began with the conference “25 years of the FCT in Science: Opportunities and Challenges”, held on January 14th, at the Thalia Theater, in Lisbon.
The celebrations program consists of 11 more sessions, which will be organized throughout the year by the FCT, promoting a broad debate of ideas with the scientific community on important topics for the future of science in Portugal and Europe.
