"Women in Science" is the title of the next FCT 25th Anniversary session

The next scientific conference in the FCT's 25th anniversary program will take place at the University of Beira Interior (UBI), in Covilhã, and will be entitled "Women in Science". The session will take place in the Amphitheatre of the Solemn Sessions of UBI's Pole I, on May 26, between 14h00 and 18h00. Participation is free, but requires prior registration, and the event will be held in person and broadcast online. See the program.

FCT is marking its 25th anniversary with a program consisting of 12 sessions, held in different cities, stimulating discussion around important issues for the future of science in Portugal and Europe. The sessions will be attended by personalities and representatives of the various dimensions of the construction of knowledge about science and technology in Portugal, in which FCT has played an important role over the last 25 years as the national funding agency for scientific activity.
