Applications open for NASA Internships

Applications for the 4th edition of the Research Studentships for Internships at NASA (National Aeronautics and Space Administration of the USA) are open until December 19, 2019. The Call is aimed at students of Portuguese nationality who are studying for a doctorate or master's degree in the areas of science, technology, engineering and mathematics, and 6 internships will be awarded.

During the three editions of the Call 18 internships have already been awarded to Portuguese students. For this edition, NASA is offering internship opportunities covering 14 projects from which candidates can choose the ones they wish to apply for.

This Call is part of the agreement signed in 2016 between FCT - Foundation for Science and Technology, the Ministry of Science, Technology and Higher Education (MCTES) and NASA, which allowed Portugal to join the International Internship Program of the US space agency.
