Proof of expenses and electronic payment

As of April 1, FCT will begin receiving all supporting documents for expenses selected for documentary sampling of payment requests sealed as of that date electronically, through the Science and Technology Portal (PCT).  

The following will be submitted to the PCT: 

– sample documents for each payment request;
– clarifications requested in connection with the analysis of payment requests;
– supporting documents for public procurement procedures. 

An updated version of the Expense Submission Manual (Version 10) is now available on the PCT.

The implementation of these measures is part of an increasingly broad effort by FCT to progressively dematerialize processes and reduce bureaucracy, thereby streamlining and optimizing the procedural management of all institutions involved in the submission of payment requests.
