Proof of expenses and payment by electronic means

As of April 1, the FCT will receive electronically, through the Science and Technology Portal (PCT), all the proof of expenditure selected for the documentary sample of payment requests sealed as of that date.  

In the PCT they will be submitted: 

- the sample documents for each payment request;
- the clarifications requested as part of the analysis of the payment requests;
- the proof of the Public Procurement procedures. 

An updated version of the Expenditure Submission Manual (Version 10) has already been made available on the PCT.

The implementation of these measures is part of an increasingly widespread effort by the FCT to progressively dematerialize processes and reduce bureaucracy, easing and optimizing the procedural management of all the institutions involved in submitting payment requests.
