Proof of expenditure and payment by electronic means

As of April 1, FCT will receive electronically, through the Portal for Science and Technology (PCT), all the receipts of selected expenses for documentary sampling of requests for payment sealed as of that date.  

In the PCT they will now be submitted: 

- the sample documents of each payment request;
- the clarifications requested in the scope of the analysis of the payment requests;
- the proofs of the Public Procurement procedures. 

An updated version of the Expense Submission Manual (Version 10) has already been made available on the PCT.

The implementation of these measures is part of an increasingly wider FCT effort to progressively dematerialize processes and to reduce bureaucracy, thus simplifying and optimizing the procedural management of all institutions involved in the submission of payment requests.
