Call 2019 challenges participants to create projects on “Sustainable Smart Solutions for Aging Well”

The European AAL – Active and Assisted Living Program will promote another edition of its Call in 2019. The challenge will be to create projects around the theme "Sustainable Smart Solutions for Aging Well." As in previous years, the AAL Association will also host an "Info Day" on January 31 in Brussels.

The"Info Day"aims to inform participants about the program, the theme of Call and the main procedures for a successful application, bringing together the national contact points of the AAL Program, as well as representatives from the European Commission and the AAL Association management. The initiative also serves as a networking space where participants can learn about other ideas, experiences, and projects, and identify partners to respond to Call challenge. In this context, the Info Day also encourages the presentation of a 3-minute pitch on an idea or project.

The AAL Program aims to support the development of technological solutions that seek to improve the quality of life and autonomy of older people through innovative, international, and multidisciplinary projects.
