ESA 'Standardization Training Course'

(Only available in Portuguese)

The European Space Agency (ESA) is challenging master's and doctoral students in engineering with an interest in the space sector to take part in the 'Standardization Training Course', which runs from June 12 to 15 at the ESA's Redu Centre in Belgium.

Call

In the course, participants will learn more about the importance of using the standards established by the European Cooperation for Space Standardization (ECSS). The course gives an overview of how and why these standards are used at ESA and in the space sector, and helps to understand how the use of these standards is fundamental in order to go further in the areas of research and development without the need to keep "reinventing the wheel".

The course is organized by the ESA's Education Office, in collaboration with the ESA's Requirements, Standards and Engineering Knowledge Office. Applications are open until April 23rd.
