ESA 'Standardization Training Course'

The European Space Agency (ESA) is inviting engineering masters and doctoral students interested in the space sector to participate in the 'Standardisation Training Course', which takes place from 12 to 15 June at ESA's Redu Centre in Belgium.

In the course, participants will learn more about the importance of using the standards established by the European Cooperation for Space Standardization (ECSS). The course provides an overview of how and why these standards are used in ESA and the space sector, and helps to understand how the use of these standards is essential to move forward in research and development without the need to constantly “reinvent the wheel”.

The course is organised by ESA's Education Office, in collaboration with ESA's Requirements, Standards and Engineering Knowledge Office. Registration is open until April 23rd.
