FCT has updated the value of Research Studentships

The value of research Studentships funded directly by FCT has been updated as of January 1, 2021. Taking into account the zero value of inflation in 2020 and the update of the national minimum wage, FCT increases the monthly value of all Studentships by 30 euros.

The update now approved is retroactive to January 1, 2021, and it is expected that the payment of the retroactive update will be completed for all scholarship holders by the end of April.

This update is in line with the Research Fellow Statute and the FCT Research Studentships Regulation.
