FCT has updated the value of Studentships

The value Studentships funded directly by FCT has been updated as of January 1, 2021. Taking into account the zero inflation rate in 2020 and the update of the national minimum wage, FCT is increasing the monthly value of all Studentships €30.

The update now approved has retroactive effect from January 1, 2021, and it is expected that the payment of the update with retroactive effect will be completed for all scholarship recipients by the end of April.

This update is in line with the Research Fellowship Statute and the FCT Studentships Regulation.
