FCT publishes documents supporting compliance with the Transitional Provision of the Scientific Employment Decree-Law

Documents supporting compliance with Article 23 of Decree-Law 57/2016, which regulates the hiring of PhDs by institutions in cases where FCT funding is available, are now available on the FCT website.

In order to comply with the transitional rule applicable to PhD holders who, on September 1, 2016, had held Studentships funded by the FCT for more than three years, the FCT published a Guidance Document, as well as a draft Notice of the Call a draft Program Contract.
