FCT and ALBA organize scientific meeting to strengthen collaboration
On December 17, between 2:00 p.m. and 5:30 p.m., FCT and the Synchrotron Radiation Laboratory (ALBA) are organizing with the aim of bringing the Portuguese and Spanish scientific communities closer together, in order to enable the development of collaborations in four strategic areas: biosciences, catalysis, batteries and materials for energy, and nanomaterials, within the scope of the joint postdoctoral program to be launched in 2021.
This meeting takes place within the scope of the Collaboration Agreement to promote scientific collaboration between the two countries, signed between FCT and ALBA in February 2019. This collaboration aims to fund four Portuguese postdoctoral researchers at ALBA's infrastructure, who will be involved in collaborative projects between Portuguese research centers or universities and ALBA's scientific areas.
Participation in this meeting is open to the entire scientific community and anyone else who is interested. The program is now available and participation is free of charge, but prior registration is required.
