FCT participates in Qualifica 2018

FCT, in close collaboration with the scientific community, takes part in another edition of Qualifica – Education, Training, Employment and Youth Fair , which takes place from 1 to 4 March at Exponor in Matosinhos.

This year, the fair is dedicated to the subject “Love the planet”. As in previous years, FCT participated in the booth promoted by POCH , co-financier of several grants awarded by the Foundation.

The participation in this initiative is an opportunity to showcase the science and technology produced in the country, and to raise awareness among visitors to the important advanced training in these areas. Then, the FCT invited R&D Units to participate with their doctoral students, who will present their projects first-hand and share their views on science and the role of scientists and researchers in society.

These are the institutions that will take part in Qualifica, with their PhD students:

Dom Luiz Institute , University of Lisbon

CEiiA – Center for Engineering and Product Development

ITQB – António Xavier Institute of Chemical and Biological Technology, New University of Lisbon
