FCT published the Notice of the Call Institutional CEEC – Associate Laboratories

The FCT has published the Notice of the Call Call Institutional Scientific EmploymentCall aimed at Associate Laboratories CEECInst-LA), for which applications will be accepted between May 25 and 5:00 p.m., Lisbon time, on July 21, 2022. This Call the hiring of an additional 120 PhD researchers under the Scientific Employment Regulation (REC).

In this edition, fixed-term contracts will be funded for Junior and Assistant Researcher positions, entered into under Decree-Law No. 57/2016 of August 29, and contracts for scientific research careers, entered into on a permanent or indefinite basis, in all categories. The contracts will result from recruitment and selection procedures opened by the beneficiary institutions.

CEECInst-LA aims to finance the hiring of PhDs by Associate Laboratories LA) through financial support for scientific employment and career development plans, as part of the strategy to strengthen the critical mass needed to pursue specific national science and technology policy objectives, bearing in mind the scientific challenges set out in the United Nations 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development. It also aims to strengthen institutional cooperation within the network, in order to contribute to increasing the competitiveness of the productive and social fabric, as well as to strengthen the conditions for innovation. This competitive procedure is carried out under the Scientific Employment Regulation, within the scope of Calls for scientific employment support.
