The Jornadas de Computação Científica kicked off yesterday, taking place for the first time this year outside mainland Portugal. Until May 8, the main meeting of managers and users of the digital services provided by the Foundation for Science and Technology (FCT) will take place in Ponta Delgada, at the University of the Azores, this year's host.
The Jornadas de Computação Científica (Scientific Computing Days) are organized as part of the National Digital Competences Initiative e.2030 - INCoDe.2030. This annual event aims to bring together researchers, teachers, technicians and other users of the various digital technologies and support systems provided by FCT.
