Collaborative Laboratories - Evaluation of proposals for the CoLAB title begins
Following the clarification sessions on Collaborative Laboratories that FCT has facilitated over the last few months and as reported in the sessions held on October 23 and 24 in Lisbon, FCT confirms that the International Panel for Monitoring and Evaluation of Collaborative Laboratories will begin its work on November 14 and 15, 2017, in Lisbon.
This first meeting will begin the evaluation of the applications submitted by November 8, 2017. Proponents of applications submitted by that date will be invited to participate in a public session to present and discuss their proposals with the International Monitoring and Evaluation Panel, to be held on November 15 at a venue to be announced. At this session, each proposal may be presented for around 10 minutes by a representative of the proposers, followed by a period of discussion with the members of the Panel.
FCT also informs that the International Collaborative Lab Monitoring and Evaluation Panel will meet at least twice a year, preferably in April and October, to evaluate new applications. The application submission process is still open.
FCT also informs that a new information session on Collaborative Laboratories will be organized by the end of March 2018.
