New FAQ on Studentships directly funded by FCT

The Foundation for Science and Technology (FCT), given the need to clarify the status of grant holders and how to effectively exercise their rights, has put together a new set of Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) to answer the questions most frequently asked by directly funded research grant holders.

The questions and answers have been systematized by topic: exclusive dedication regime, changes to Studentship conditions, parenthood and general questions. This set of new FAQs brings together the answers to the most common questions from grant holders identified by the FCT services in the contacts received. The aim of the FAQ is to help grantees obtain answers to their questions more quickly and directly. Grantees should therefore always check first whether their question or doubt has already been answered in this FAQ and follow the instructions given, especially with regard to the elements they should gather and include in the requests or questions they ask by email, so that the request is clearly explained and duly instructed and contributes to a more efficient management of Studentship processes.
