Research Grant Provider with updated website

The new website of the Research Grant Ombudsman is now available. The new website features a biography and a message from the ombudsman, José J.G. Moura, Professor at the Faculty of Science and Technology of the New University of Lisbon (FCT NOVA), who succeeded Arsélio Pato de Carvalho as Scientific Research Grant Ombudsman.

José J.G. Moura combines teaching with research. He is Head of Research at the Bioinorganic Chemistry Laboratory of DQ/UCIBIO/REQUIMTE and Director of the Caparica Campus Library since 1996, where he coordinates artistic, cultural, and scientific projects. He has published over 400 articles and has extensive experience in postgraduate studies, having supervised 30 doctoral students.

The Research Fellow Ombudsman is a mediator whose role is to defend and promote, without decision-making power, the rights and legitimate interests of research fellows, within the scope of the Research Fellow Statute.
