To avoid discontinuity in the work developed by doctorate holders covered by the transitory rule provided for in Decree-Law 57/2016, amended by Law 57/2017, whose Studentships have in the meantime ended, FCT will consider eligible expenses through which institutions can ensure the funding of these doctorate holders. The eligibility guarantee is supported by the dispatch from the Minister of Science, Technology and Higher Education, Manuel Heitor, available here.
