Explanation Session Studentship Fulbright for Research

The Fulbright Commission Portugal is organizing an information session for those interested in the Studentship Fulbright Program for Research with FCT support. This session will be online on January 28th, Thursday, at 15h00 (Lisbon time).

This program Studentships Fulbright for Research is intended for doctoral grantees directly funded by FCT who have foreseen, as part of their training plan, a research period at a US university or research center, and covers all areas of study. Good knowledge of the English language, proof of agreement with the project by the host institution in the United States of America, and proof of agreement with the doctoral advisor are essential for application.

The Studentship has a defined duration of 4 to 9 months. The selected candidates accumulate the FCT support with that of the Fulbright Commission, which provides them with complementary health and accident insurance during the period of Studentship, issuance of the documents required for the J-1 visa, among other benefits.
