The Portuguese Participation in H2020 and Prospects for FP9

Next Monday, February 20, the Foundation for Science and Technology (FCT) and the National Innovation Agency (ANI) will hold an event to take stock of Portugal's participation in Horizon 2020, and to discuss the national position for the next European Framework Program for Research and Innovation - FP9.

The event will be attended by the Minister for Science, Technology and Higher Education, Manuel Heitor, the European Commissioner for Research, Science and Innovation, Carlos Moedas, and the President of the Parliamentary Committee on Education and Science, Alexandre Quintanilha. During the session, the performance of national entities in Horizon 2020 will be presented, as well as examples of good practice under this Framework Program.

The event will take place on February 20, in the Great Amphitheatre of the IST Congress Center, at 16:30.
