Opening of Call of the European Partnership Driving Urban Transitions

The submission of pre-proposals under the Call the European co-financed Partnership DUT – Driving Urban Transitions, for the funding of transnational research and innovation projects, will remain open until 12:00 p.m. (Mainland Portugal time) on November 14, 2024.

The Call research and/or innovation projects, promoted by transnational consortia, that address urban challenges to help cities in their transition to a more sustainable economy and functioning. The challenges are grouped around the three Transition Pathways(strategic axes) of the DUT: TP Circular Urban Economies Pathway (CUE), TP 15-minute City Pathway ( 15mC), and TP Positive Energy Districts Pathway (PED).

Created under the umbrella of the Horizon Europe program, the DUT aims to address the challenges of urban transition by involving regional, municipal, and local communities. The goal is to create and promote a European network of knowledge and critical mass around urban transitions, as well as a platform for research and innovation that will help cities become more sustainable, inclusive, and livable.

On September 10, an online information session will be held to discuss the key elements of Call. Participants will have the opportunity to ask questions to the national and regional representatives attending the event. Registration is available on CallMatchmaking Platform.
