Opening of Call of the European Partnership DUT – Driving Urban Transitions
The Call for the European Partnership co-financed by DUT – Driving Urban Transitions is now open. It aims to support transnational research and innovation projects focused on urban transition towards climate-neutral and resilient cities. The pre-proposal submission phase runs until November 17, 2025.
Call projects that contribute to one or more of the three TP (Transition Pathways or priority axes) defined by DUT:
- TP 15-Minute City: addresses the challenges of urban mobility, logistics, public space, and proximity policies, with the aim of promoting the implementation of resilient and climate-neutral neighborhoods for all;
- TP Urban Circular Economies: aims to foster urban spaces, communities, and neighborhoods sustained by circular resource flows, promoting the well-being of their inhabitants and ecosystems;
- TP Positive Energy Neighborhoods: aims to develop innovative solutions for the planning, large-scale implementation, and replication of positive energy districts in urban and peri-urban areas of Europe.
On September 9, an online information session will be held to discuss the key elements of this Call. Participants will have the opportunity to ask questions to the national and regional representatives attending the event. Registration is now open and can be done on Call Matchmaking Platform.

This is the fourth Call , promoted under the Horizon Europe framework program, and is part Calls the Calls international MI – Mission Innovation initiative (MICall25), with the Call topics Call in collaboration with UTM – Urban Transitions Mission.
