Call “Excellent Paper in Neuroscience Award 2022” (EPNA’22)

TheERA-Net NEURON Cofund2 network, of which FCT is a partner, has launched theCall for Applications fortheCall Paper in Neuroscience Award 2022 (EPNA’22)”, with applications open until September 30, 2022.

This network, comprising 25 partners from 22 countries (Belgium, Canada, Croatia, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Taiwan, Turkey, and the United Kingdom), has as its main objective the promotion and support of transnational research on the development of new technologies for the production of biofuels and biodiesel from biomass. Israel, Italy, Hungary, Latvia, Norway, Poland, Portugal, the United Kingdom, Romania, Switzerland, Taiwan, and Turkey), has as its main objective to promote and support transnational research into diseases related to neuroscience.

The aim of this Call recognize outstanding scientific publications by early-career researchers in the field of neuroscience. The call is open to the first sole authors of original research articles on Sensory Disorders published between January 1 and December 31, 2021, who are affiliated with the following participating countries: Portugal, Germany, Belgium, Canada, Croatia, Slovakia, Spain, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Latvia, Norway, Poland, the United Kingdom, Romania, Switzerland, Taiwan, and Turkey.

The prize is worth €3,000, and the author of the best article will be invited as a special speaker at the NEURON Midterm Symposium, to be held in Madrid in January 2023.
