European Commission Public Consultations on the Post-2027 Multiannual Financial Framework
The European Commission has launched a series of seven public consultations with the aim of gathering input for the preparation of comprehensive proposals for the next generation of programs under the post-2027 Multiannual Financial Framework (MFF). Participation in these consultations is open until May 6.
Citizens, organizations, and stakeholders are invited to share their views and ideas through these consultations, which are a key opportunity to shape the future direction of European Union funding.
Due to its expertise and knowledge, the scientific community is in a position to make relevant and crucial contributions to the definition of the new Multiannual Financial Framework of the European Union, with an impact on a wide range of areas, such as: competitiveness; implementation of EU funding with Member States and regions; external action; cross-border education, training, and solidarity; youth, media, culture, and creative sectors; values and civil society; civil protection, crisis preparedness, and response; the single market and cooperation between national authorities; and EU budget performance.
