FCT is committed to preventing, prohibiting, and combating any practice or conduct that violates human dignity. Harassment is a discriminatory practice par excellence, violating human dignity and preventing a healthy and inclusive work environment.

This form is a specific mechanism for combating all forms of harassment and should be understood as a tool for the prevention, detection, and treatment of such practices, encouraging the promotion of an inclusive environment through the participation of civil society.
