FCT is committed to preventing, prohibiting and combating any practice or conduct that violates human dignity. Harassment is a discriminatory practice par excellence, violating human dignity and preventing a healthy and inclusive working environment.

This form is a specific mechanism for combating all harassment practices and should be seen as an effective tool for the prevention, detection and treatment of such practices, encouraging the promotion of an inclusive environment through the participation of civil society.
