Science and Innovation Conference 2026 – Registration is now open

Registrationis now open for the 2026 Science and Innovation Conference, which will take place on July 15 and 16 at the Lisbon Congress Center (Praça das Indústrias 1, near Junqueira). Visit the website to view the event’s preliminary program, which is constantly being updated.

The Science and Innovation 2026 Conference is part of the ongoing process of defining national strategic priorities in the field of research and innovation, in conjunction with the creation ofthe Agency for Research and Innovation (AI²). It will bring together the scientific community, the business sector, and European partners to discuss the main priorities for research and innovation in Portugal.

The event will include thematic sessions, panel discussions, and presentations aimed at helping to develop guidelines for the coming years.

Participation in the 2026 Science and Innovation Conference is an opportunity to follow and engage in the discussions that will shape the development of the national scientific and technological ecosystem, within a framework of dialogue among different sectors and levels of activity.
