FCT and the Fulbright Commission renew partnership to award grants Studentships

FCT and the Fulbright Commission have renewed the cooperation protocol for the joint attribution of Studentships, allowing not only Portuguese researchers to attend PhD programs and carry out research projects in accredited institutions and universities in the United States of America, but also American researchers to develop research projects in universities and research centres in Portugal.

The protocol, previously signed on 11 May 2023 by the President of the Directive Council of the Fulbright Commission, Penny Rechkemmer, and by the President of the Directive Council of FCT, Madalena Alves, also includes the Fulbright Award in Space, Atmosphere, Ocean, Climate, Energy and Data Science/ AIR Centre for American researchers interested in carrying out projects in these areas of study.
