FCT and CMU Portugal with applications open for 12 Studentships

The Call applications for 12 Studentships under the CMU Portugal Affiliated Doctoral Programs initiative, funded by FCT, is now open. Applications may be submitted until March 31, 2023 (12:00 p.m. GMT).

Studentships in the following areas of the CMU Portugal Program: computer science, electrical and computer engineering, engineering and public policy, human-computer interaction, spoken language technologies, robotics, and software engineering.

These Studentships of theStudentship type, meaning that the work plan will be carried out at a national higher education institution and partially at Carnegie Mellon University (CMU), and should preferably include collaboration with a national company in the field of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT). The duration of Studentships , as a rule, one year, renewable up to a maximum of four years (48 months).

Applications must be submitted online via the CMU Portugal Program website, in the section on Affiliated Doctoral Programs, by completing the online form and attaching the required documents.
