FCT and CMU Portugal launch eight dual Studentships
The Call applications for up to eight Studentships under the Carnegie Mellon (CMU) Portugal Dual Doctoral Programs initiative, funded by FCT, is now open. The Studentships awarded in the following areas of the CMU Portugal Program: Software Engineering and Societal Computing (applications until February 8), Computer Science and Spoken Language Technologies (applications until February 14), Electrical and Computer Engineering, and Engineering and Public Policy (applications until February 28).
Candidates admitted to the CMU Portugal Dual Degree Doctoral Programs may spend up to two years at CMU and up to three years at a Portuguese university affiliated with the CMU Portugal Program. Upon successful completion of the Doctoral Program, candidates will receive a doctoral degree from CMU and another doctoral degree from the corresponding Portuguese university.
