FCT and National Center for Advanced Computing promote webinar on Artificial Intelligence Trends in Health

The Foundation for Science and Technology (FCT), through its digital services unit FCCN, and the National Center for Advanced Computing (CNCA) are promoting the webinar " AI Trends for Health " on February 27, 2026. During the event, concrete applications of AI will be discussed in areas such as clinical decision support, health data analysis, assisted diagnosis, personalized medicine, and the optimization of clinical and organizational processes.

This session is part of the Barcelona Supercomputing Center (BSC) AI Factory and aims to highlight emerging trends, real case studies, and practical experiences that demonstrate how Artificial Intelligence (AI) is transforming different aspects of healthcare delivery. It also proposes to reflect on the clinical potential of AI, the efficiency gains it can provide, and its ethical limits, promoting a balanced approach between technological innovation and responsibility.

The webinar is aimed at healthcare professionals, researchers, decision-makers, and organizations interested in exploring the potential of AI as a driver of innovation, efficiency, and improved health outcomes. Participation is free of charge upon prior registration.
