Cooperation between Portugal and Germany

The scientific and technological cooperation agreement between Portugal and Germany was established in 1990.

The protocol states that the two countries will establish a program aimed at promoting cooperation between teachers and researchers, including young researchers in higher education establishments and related research institutions in Portugal and Germany. Cooperation will preferably take the following forms:

• exchange of researchers within the framework of joint research projects.
