In 2015, the Foundation for Science and Technology and the Department of Science and Technology (DST) established a memorandum of understanding on scientific and technological cooperation with a view to strengthening bilateral relations and scientific cooperation between the two countries by supporting the exchange of scientists, collaborative projects, and advanced training.
