7th edition of the Research Data Management Forum

On November 17th and 18th, another Research Data Management Forum (GDI Forum) will take place. This sixth edition will take place exclusively online, with video conference sessions. Until October 15th, registrations are open for “ flash talks ”, which follow a 24×7 presentation model: each one will have a maximum of 7 minutes, using up to a maximum of 24 slides.

The GDI Forum has been held since 2016, with the purpose of bringing together and dynamizing the community of professionals and researchers supporting research data management, with the aim of developing technical skills and sharing the best practices in the sector.

The organization of this Forum is the result of the development of scientific information and data projects and infrastructures, within the scope of the National Scientific Computing Unit (FCCN) of the FCT, the RCAAP project and several research and higher education institutions and in the context of the construction of the National Open Science Policy.
