8th edition of the FCCN Conference

FCCN, a unit of the Foundation for Science and Technology responsible for managing and operating RCTS—the national academic network—is once again holding its annual FCCN Conference. This year, the event will take place from April 19 to 21 at the University of Trás-os-Montes and Alto Douro (UTAD).

Now in its 8th edition, the FCCN Conference is an annual initiative that aims not only to bring together and strengthen ties with the national research and teaching community, but also to showcase the latest advances in the areas developed and to promote the sharing of know-how within the user community. This is the largest gathering for knowledge sharing and discussion on technologies and systems that support the activities of this community. 

The various digital services that operate on the Science, Technology, and Society Network (RCTS) and the latest news about the services provided by this unit will be the main topics highlighted during the presentations, plenary sessions, working meetings, and workshops that will take place over three days in Vila Real.
