MIT Portugal Advanced Training Studentships
Applications are now open for the Call for 40 Research Studentships under the MIT Portugal Program, run by the University of Minho. Applications can be submitted until 11:59 p.m. (Lisbon time) on August 14, 2020.
The doctoral research Studentships will focus on the strategic areas of the MIT Portugal Program, namely: Climate Science and Climate Change; Earth Systems - from Oceans to Space; Digital Transformation in Manufacturing; Sustainable Cities; and Data Science, applied to the previous areas.
These Studentships will be funded by the FCT, under the collaboration protocol with the MIT Portugal Program.
As part of the goPORTUGAL - Global Science and Technology Partnership Portugal initiative, the MIT Portugal Program aims to develop collaborative research between MIT and Portuguese universities, research institutes, laboratories and companies, boosting high-impact innovative ideas and research projects with the potential to tackle complex challenges with a global and social impact.
