Safe Internet Center launches Radio Program

The FCT Safe Internet Center (CIS|FCT) and the Directorate-General for Education (DGE), in partnership with Rádio Online ZigZag from Antena 1 – RTP, launch, on February 14th, the series “Zig Zaga na Net”, in the RTP auditorium.

The program has 30 episodes of audio content about digital citizenship and will be broadcast on Rádio Online ZigZag. This new CIS|FCT resource seeks to alert young people to the responsible use of the internet, addressing topics such as: online rights and duties; copyright; the veracity and reliability of information (disinformation and fake news); privacy; the digital footprint; online and technology dependence; safe online behaviors; bullying and cyberbullying.

In addition to the mascots of the Safe Internet Center (INES) and SeguraNet (Pisca), the episodes also involve the participation of students from the Reference School for deaf students of the Quinta de Marrocos School Group, in translating the content into Brazilian Sign Language.
