Centro Internet Segura launches radio program
The FCT's Safe Internet Center (CIS|FCT) and the Directorate-General for Education (DGE), in partnership with Antena 1 - RTP's ZigZag Online Radio, are launching the "Zig Zaga on the Net" series on February 14 at the RTP auditorium.
The program has 30 episodes of audio content on digital citizenship and will be broadcast on ZigZag Online Radio. This new CIS|FCT resource aims to alert young people to the responsible use of the internet, covering topics such as: online rights and duties; copyright; the veracity and reliability of information (disinformation and fake news); privacy; the digital footprint; online and technology addiction; safe online behavior; bullying and cyberbullying.
In addition to the mascots of the Safe Internet Center (INES) and SeguraNet (Pisca), the episodes also involve the participation of students from the Reference School for deaf students of the Quinta de Marrocos School Group, who translate the content into Portuguese Sign Language.
