Call Studentships 2020 and Call IC&DT Projects

The FCT informs that the application dates for Call 2020Call PhD Studentships and the Call IC&DT Projects in all Scientific Domains have been extended to April 28, 2020, and April 30, 2020, respectively. In addition, the Deadline for submitting the declaration of commitment under the Call Projects has also been extended to May 15, 2020. 

This need for postponement stems from recent developments related to the SARS-CoV-2/COVID-19 pandemic, which is affecting the work of the scientific community, as well as all other sectors of our society. The FCT is thus seeking to respond to requests sent by applicants, who have expressed constraints in completing the processes, particularly in terms of time and access to the documentation required to submit their applications.

We remind you that this year, applications for the Call PhD Studentships must be submitted via the myFCT portal, the new online system for managing the application, evaluation, and approval process for Studentships. For the Call IC&DT Projects, applications must be submitted via the FCT R&D Calls Portal.
