Elvira Fortunato is the winner of the 2020 Pessoa Prize

The FCT congratulates researcher Elvira Fortunato on being awarded the 2020 Pessoa Prize. This is a well-deserved recognition of her exceptional professional dedication to Portuguese scientific and technological development, and FCT is pleased to have her as Chair of the Scientific Council for Exact Sciences and Engineering, an advisory body supporting the FCT's Governing Board.
