FCT participates in Qualifica 2018

 FCT, in close collaboration with the scientific community, is present in another edition of Qualifica - Education and Training, Employment and Youth Fair, which will take place from March 1st to 4th at Exponor, in Matosinhos.

This year, the fair is dedicated to the theme "Love the planet". As in previous years, the FCT participates in the stand promoted by the POCH (Human Capital Operational Program), which cofinances several Studentships awarded by the Foundation.

Participation in this initiative allows us to showcase the science and technology produced in the country and make visitors aware of the importance of advanced training in these areas. The Foundation has therefore invited the Research Units to participate with their doctoral students so that, in the first person, they can present their projects and work and convey their vision of science and the role of scientists and researchers in society.

FCT PhD Fellows from the following institutions will be present at Qualifica 2018:

• Lab2PT - Laboratory of Landscape, Heritage and Territory, University of Minho
• Dom Luiz Institute, University of Lisbon
• CEiiA - Centre of Engineering and Product Development
• ITQB - António Xavier Institute of Chemical and Biological Technology, at the New University of Lisbon
