(Available only in English)
FCT participates in Futurália, the education and training, employment and youth fair, from March 29 to April 1. The fair takes place at the International Fair of Lisbon (FIL), in Parque das Nações, under the theme "Industry 4.0 - Learn, Work and Compete". This is the second time that the FCT participates in the event, at the invitation of the Human Capital Operational Program (PO CH).
The Foundation will be represented in two counters, one institutional and the other with guests from the scientific community. The guests are four national researchers who began their research careers as FCT grant recipients supported in part by European funds and have won, in recent years, Studentships of the European Research Council (ERC). The participation of these researchers will have the purpose of presenting the research projects they are developing, along with their work teams.

The FCT's presence will be integrated in the Human Capital Space promoted by the HC OP, under the slogan "Build your own path", similar to what happened in the Qualifica training fair, held in Porto (Exponor) from 16 to 19 March. The goal of this initiative of the HC OP is to contribute to the promotion and dissemination of the different supports and intervention measures of the program. This space will bring together other partners in the areas of education, training and employment supported under Portugal 2020, such as ANESPO, ANQEP, Centro 2020, DGE, DGES, DGESTE, IEFP, Norte 2020 and the European Commission Representation in Portugal. In 2016 Qualifica received around 80 thousand visitors, mostly young people.
