Pulido Valente Science Award 2020

The FCT and the Professor Francisco Pulido Valente Foundation announce that the application period for the Pulido Valente Science Award 2020 is open until September 30, 2020. This year, projects submitted must be on the theme "Tumors as ecosystems of clones and cells: therapeutic implications," describing the results of research carried out by a researcher at a national R&D institution, with no restriction on the year of publication.

Applications are open to all researchers under the age of 35 at the time of application, and the prize will be worth €10,000. The evaluation will be carried out by a jury of recognized merit, chaired by Carlos Caldas of Cancer Research UK Cambridge Institute.

The Pulido Valente Science Award is presented every year and aims to recognize the best article published in the field of Biomedical Sciences. This award is the result of an agreement between the FCT and the Professor Francisco Pulido Valente Foundation.
