POLEN, a digital service provided by the Foundation for Science and Technology (FCT) and developed by FCCN, has launched its new official website —a space dedicated to the management and sharing of research data, promoting the practice of Open Science.

With amodern, accessible, and user-centereddesign, thenew websiteaims to facilitate access by the scientific and higher education community to the services and resources provided by POLEN. The newinterfacereflects the core values of the service: openness, transparency, and greater visibility of scientific results. It is possible to find information about POLEN's main services: the Data Management Plan System and the Research Data Repository. It also brings together all the latest information on the activities in which the service is actively involved, such as the implementation of the National Open Science and Open Research Data Program (PNCADAI), the GDI Forum, and alignment with important national and international initiatives, among others.

The launch of this new websiteaccompanies a new phase for POLEN, driven by PNCADAI, aimed at promoting the practice of FAIR data at the national level through the implementation of new services, a national network, the development and monitoring of Open Science policies, and collaboration on relevant projects. Its update is in line with the recent modernization of POLEN's image, promoting a commitment to clearer, more accessible communication tailored to the needs of the scientific community.

The new visual identity further reinforces the service's connection to FCT and brings it closer to FCCN's new identity. Its distinctive colors reveal the technological area of FCCN to which it belongs—the area of Knowledge, represented by the color purple.
