João Monjardino Award 2025 is now accepting applications

The Foundation for Science and Technology (FCT) and the Professor Francisco Pulido Valente Foundation have opened applications for the 2025 edition of the João Monjardino Award.

This year, the award aims to recognize the best scientific article published on the topic of "Public Health and Health Policies: Determinants of the evolution of health systems."

The Call open to researchers under the age of 35 at the time of application, whose work has been carried out in institutions within the national scientific and technological system.

The prize is worth €10,000, awarded in a single payment to the winner.

Applications will be accepted between July 15 and September 30, 2025.
